1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ATNY LAW, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide immigration consultancy services including, but not limited to:

• Advice on UK immigration matters
• Assistance with visa applications
• Sponsor licence applications and compliance
• Settlement and citizenship applications
• Immigration appeals and reviews

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation in court proceedings.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply all requested documents promptly
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Pay fees as agreed in our engagement letter

4. Fees and Payment

• Our fees will be clearly outlined in a written quote before work begins
• Government fees and disbursements are payable in addition to our fees
• Payment terms will be specified in our engagement letter
• We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we will use our best efforts to assist you, we cannot guarantee the success of any visa application. The final decision rests with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the Home Office. Past success rates are not indicative of future results.

6. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will only share it with third parties as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including UKVI

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, fees for work completed will be due. We will provide you with copies of documents relating to your case.

9. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please refer to our Complaints Procedure. We take all complaints seriously and will respond promptly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
