Dependent Visas

Dependent visas enable the partners and children of certain UK visa holders (such as Skilled Workers, Students, and Innovator Founders) to join them in the UK. Dependents typically have permission to work and study, subject to the main applicant's route and status.

Our role is to provide expert legal guidance and robust representation to maximise the prospects of success. Decisions involve the exercise of discretion by the Secretary of State, and applications are assessed against the Immigration Rules in force at the time.
